Nikki founded Ovegàn Curls at just 19 after experiencing the challenges of finding products that truly supported her natural curls. With her South Asian heritage as a foundation, she set out to create a brand that combines traditional ingredients with modern haircare science.

OUR FIRST PRODUCT

2022

Ovegàn’s first breakthrough product, the Curl Butter, gained popularity for its ability to define and nourish curls with natural ingredients. There was a catch—being heat-sensitive, it sometimes melted during shipping in warmer months.

BACK TO THE LAB

2023

Melting during shipping was a huge problem so it was time to invest in a cosmetic manufacturer. The Curl Butter was discontinued and the new OG range was born.
