Refunds
We're so confident in our styling products that we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll issue a full refund.
Simply email us at hello@ovegancurls.com with your order number, name and email or phone number used to place the order, and we’ll handle the rest.
Please note: All remaining items must be returned and the return shipping costs are your responsibility (we suggest using a tracked service such as Auspost)
Implemented: 1/11/24. Refunds are limited to one per order. If you repurchase the same items, a second refund can't be done.
Refunds Times
Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. For PayPal users, the refund will be credited to your PayPal balance immediately.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence. We will review the information and provide a resolution at our discretion.
Missing/Late Order
If your parcel is missing or delayed, please email us within 45 days of the shipping date so we can investigate. After this period, Australia Post archives the tracking number, and further tracking may no longer be possible.
