Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (launches, holiday sales, VIP events), processing times may increase to 2–5 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship from Brisbane, Queensland, using Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS
Delivery timeframes:

  • Standard International: 6–15 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Please note that some countries may experience delays due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak seasons.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or any fees charged by your country’s customs office.
These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you're unsure about potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Refused customs payments

If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it once additional shipping costs are paid.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

We offer support for any parcel issues email us at hello@ovegancurls.co with your order number.

  • Lost packages: We will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

  • Damaged goods: Please contact us within 7 days, with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  • Stolen packages: We recommend checking with neighbours and your local postal office. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Time limit for investigations: After 3 months from the date of shipment, we are no longer able to investigate or lodge claims for missing parcels.

Pre-Orders 

If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, please place two separate orders. Pre-orders can't be cancelled.
